Amelia thanks you for your help!

Amelia was seen by a veterinarian on 1/16/2023 to have her eye checked. The veterinarian said that Amelia’s left eye has a large corneal stromal abscess and a large corneal ulcer, which is already affecting her vision in that eye. These conditions are very painful and can lead to permanent vision loss.

Amelia ended up needing 4 prescriptions for pain & infection in her eye, which totaled $300. Three are eye drops to be administered every 2 hours, and the other goes in her food every 12 hours.

1/25/2023 – UPDATE: The veterinarian successfully removed Amelia’s left eye.
